Coach Georgia Gill
Head Coach, 28/29 National Team
Georgia was a 3 time State Champion at Brighton High School, 4 time Varsity letterman, All State and All KLAA honors 2023/2024 and led BHS Varsity Lacrosse in goals and points 2023/2024. She is currently playing lacrosse at UMass Lowell (NCAA DI) and is an honors business student at UMass Lowell Manning School of Business. She is in her second year coaching for MDLAX.
Why MDLAX? I enjoyed playing MDLAX because I learned so much about the game and myself through the coaching and the players I was surrounded by. MDLAX creates an atmosphere of being pushed to be your best while having fun. Playing for MDLAX gave me confidence as a player and a person and the coaches never failed to help girls get exposed to top competition and college coaches. I’m excited to give back to the ever-growing Michigan lacrosse community by coaching with MDLAX, and I hope to help create lasting memories for the players like I was given from this club by sharing my knowledge of the game.

Coach Addie Pastor
Head Coach, Regional High School Team
Coach Addie is entering her third season with MDLAX, bringing a wealth of experience from both her playing and leadership career. A graduate of Albion College, she was a four-year starter for the Britons, where she scored 152 goals and registered 35 assists across 53 games. In 2023, she led the team with 70 goals, ranking 14th nationally in NCAA Division III with 4.38 goals per game. That season, she made history by scoring 13 goals in a single game, tied for the most across all NCAA divisions that year and ranking 6th in DIII history.
A three-time All-MIAA selection and team captain for three years, she concluded her playing career at Eastern Michigan University, competing at the Division I level.
Why MDLAX? Coach Laurie recruited and coached me while playing at Albion. She was a major influence on my lacrosse journey, and I am passionate about continuing that legacy as a coach, helping develop and guide the next generation of players.

Coach Montana Chuba
Head Coach, Regional High School Team
Why MDLAX? Over the summer of 2023, I made the switch to play for Coach Laurie
on MDLAX and I was immediately accepted by the team and included in every drill. I learned helpful tips to improve my skills and how to take advantage of the flow of the game. MDLAX not only focuses on important fundamentals, but it also teaches you lacrosse IQ and how to predict the next play.

Coach Olivia Dameron
Head Coach, Middle School Team
Why MDLAX? Coach Laurie taught me almost everything I know about lacrosse (I still learn from her now!). Playing for Coach Laurie I always felt she had confidence in me and I always wanted to prove myself to her and my teammates. I loved my 1000 individuals I had with Coach Laurie - I learned so much from her and the things she taught me allowed me to play Division I lacrosse for my 5th year. My favorite part about coaching at MDLAX are the girls. We have so much fun at practice and on the sidelines during games! I love being able to hop into a drill with the team at practice and play against my players. Going into my third year with MDLAX, I love to see my players grow as they move up and off my middle school team. I am proud of them all and cannot wait for the 500 selfies they take on my phone.
